The New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) issues this license.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><br \/>You do not need a Process Server Individual license if:<br \/>-You are an attorney admitted to practice in New York State.<br \/>-You are an employee of a city, state, or federal department or agency acting within the scope of your employment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Otherwise a bond is required to obtain or renew an individual NYC process server license.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Bonds are issued by CNA Surety, home office: Sioux Falls, SD. and comply with The New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) license requirements that they will on<strong> expire 02\/28\/2028<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Note: Current licenses will be up for renewal on 02\/28\/2026.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00a0Call us for the agency process bond.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Bonds are issued by CNA\/Western Surety Company, Home Office: Sioux Falls, SD.
